10-Day Return Policy for Damaged Products

Eligibility:
If your product arrives damaged, you can return or exchange it within 10 days of delivery. Please inspect your items upon receipt and notify us immediately if there is any damage.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange:

2. Documentation: Take clear photos of the damaged item and email them to us. This will help us process your claim quickly.
3. Return Instructions: Once your return is approved, we will provide you with detailed instructions on how to return the damaged item.
4. Shipping: We will arrange for the return shipping at no cost to you if the damage is verified.

Refunds and Exchanges

• Refunds: Once we receive the damaged item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
• Exchanges: If you prefer an exchange, we’ll send out a replacement item as soon as the damaged product is returned.

Important Notes

• Please retain all packaging materials until you have fully inspected your item.
• Items returned must be in their original packaging, if possible.
• We cannot accept returns for items that are not reported within the 10-day window.
