Returns

You may return most new, unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. Please make a video while unboxing the Gouravgenic product. We’ll also cover the return shipping costs if the return is due to our error (you received a different or defective item, etc.). Items should be packed as you received them.

Warranty

Gouravgenic provides a 5-year termite warranty and a 2-year manufacturing warranty (for joint open defective items).

Replacement

You can expect to receive your refund within four weeks of returning your package to the shipper. However, in many cases, refunds are processed more quickly. This time frame includes:

  • Transit time for us to receive your return (5 to 10 business days)

  • Processing time for your return once received (3 to 5 business days)

  • Bank processing time for the refund request (5 to 10 business days)

If you need to return an item, simply log in to your account, view the order using the ‘Complete Orders’ link under the My Account menu, and click the ‘Return Item(s)’ button. We will notify you via email once we have received and processed the returned item.
